Usernoted Process Issue

Anybody else has a problem with Usernoted process at close to 100% CPU? I know it has to do with Notification but can't find a solution to stop it eating so much resources. The issue started only after updating to Sierra.

Already tried the basic solutions: restarting, shutting down, quitting the process, PRAM reset, turning off all notifications but to no avail.

I found solutions for older OS but nothing for Sierra.

Any idea?
