Getting for free a 2020 MBP i7 with 32 gigs ram and 1T drive with the 4 Thunderbolt 3 ports. It is pretty much brand new only 11 cycles on the battery. Long story short doing yard work for a neighbor who "tried Apple" and went back to PC's and he is going to just give it to me. I have so many devices and such I am on the fence of what to do with it. I am thinking maybe use it as a server for local backups for all my devices. (Both Windows and Apple). Any other good ideas?

It seems you don't have a real need for it.
A regift to a family member/friend/associate who might have a real or greater need. Or, maybe loan it out to your PC friends and see if you can turn one or two.
