Uses for a cheap G4 core?

So I have the chance to pick up a Gig-Ethernet PM Case, PS, and (supposedly) dead Mobo for < $100. Local, so none of that $50 to ship garbage.

I'm seriously tempted just for some spare parts, but what do you guys think about possible uses?
Shove a peecee in there?
Attempt to fix and use as a Web/ File server?

I've got spare HDDs, RAM, a Rage Video card, old optical drives, left over from upgrades.
