I just took the screen of my old wallstreet and I was wondering can you get adapters to hook it up to a console or a computer.

if you can find the appropriate pin-outs of that LCD, you can do just about anything with it, i would guess.

idk if they have readily available adapters for those tho.

Yeah thats kinda what I was thinking but I just dont know were to look for an adapter if one even exists
 
Doable, but somewhat impractical

I've done some looking around (I have two iBook clamshell panels), and while it seems to be possible, it also looks like it's at least as expensive as getting an external LCD. However, here are links to things I've found informative:
