P Perez macrumors newbie Jun 5, 2007 1 0 Jun 5, 2007 #5 Doable, but somewhat impractical I've done some looking around (I have two iBook clamshell panels), and while it seems to be possible, it also looks like it's at least as expensive as getting an external LCD. However, here are links to things I've found informative: Description of someone's project doing this: http://www.geocities.com/p9019/lcdpanel Controllers (external graphics cards, sort of) - specs, but not prices/order forms: http://www.digitalview.com/controllers/products.php http://genesis-microchip.com/prod_lcd_mon.phtml In a related vein, random LCD panels for sale: http://www.aeicomp.com/search_result.asp?MANUFACTURER=LCD Modules&CATEGORY=LCD Monitors
