Using 2 AirPorts to expand coverage

We have an AirPort Express, and I'm about to buy an Airport Extreme. Can I hook the internet into the Extreme and use the Express to amplify/expand coverage? How do I?

Here is how to use multiple Extremes/Expresses to set up WDS. I don't know if anything's changes with the new Extremes that are coming out, but your Express obviously won't be able to operate at the 802.11n speed.
