Using 2+ Audio Sources for Different Programs? HELP!

Is it possible to use two (or more) audio sources from my MacBook Pro for each individual programs?

For example.... If I have iTunes, Safari, and Spotify open and I want to send the audio from iTunes to the Bluetooth Speaker in my living room, Safari on the MacBook, and Spotify to the AirPlay speaker in my bedroom is that possible?
