iPod Using 2 ipods on 1 itunes

I just bought a 8G nano to use skiing, running etc. I already have a 30G Video.
How do I use both ipods on my current itunes? also is there anyway to have the 2 ipods have different libraries because obviously the Nano wont hold as much. I tried having a second itunes on another computer but when I transfrered my itunes library, half the art work was missing. Why would that be/
