I have hte macbook pro 16" 2019

On the right side I have the power adapter connected
On the left side I have on each port 2 usb-c 4k LG monitors connected, these supports charging so If i disconnect the main power supply the battery still charges. These only supports 60w though.

So how does the macbook know which port to charge from? Does it charge from all ports?
I read thermals are speeding up when charginf rom left side. Which I have issue with.

Also one of the usb-c ports on the right side seems dead. Need to take it to apple shop :(

sigh

I replaced the monitors from usb-c to usb-c with usb-c to display port so that it for sure cant charge on the left side.

Seems like it slowed down the fans.
