Using 3G/4G AND WiFi at the same time

I have a wireless network that has a printer but NO internet. I want to use my 4G internet at the SAME time as my wifi for printing.

How can I do this?

right now it will find the wifi (and printer) but then try and use it for internet and time out. why cant it then look for 4G?

Please I need this to work.
