Using 3G sim like phone with ipad 2, possible?

Still trying to find a way to use 3G so ic an call people via facetime, in the EU or USA or Canada, possible?

I got the app called 3G Unrestictor it's a joke, facetime fails to show in the app's list to activate it., worse of on the iphone 4 facetime disappeared all together, never returning, cant figure out how to get it back.

Can someone please tell me if there is a way to use my SIM like i do the iPhone?
