Is it possible to use video shot from a 3GS iphone in a commercial (edited in FCP)

that could be broadcast on local TV stations and also on the internet, e.g., YouTube?

Is the quality of 3GS video Ok for TV broadcast?
If not, can it be converted and how?

thanks!

Of course 640x480 is plenty good quality... I mean that's going to look really good on tv, you just have to use CSIvideo software to enhance it to HD first
