iOS Using a list from the 'library', greyed out items...

Hello! I'm very new to iOS and iOS web development. I have started to create an iOS website for my school, and I have got a bit stuck.

I am using Dashcode 3.0.1

I am able to rename the TOP item on the list, and use a click handler to send it too another view (ourviews) however, I cannot do this on the others, that are greyed out. It is all set up statically and I cant for the life of me suss it out, can someone please help.
