Using a MacBook Pro and iMac at the same time

I am designing student website for my school. I am contracted by the dean at Penn State University, and he has bought me an iMac to do my work. I have a MacBook Pro and a 23" ACD in my dorm, but I won't be able to bring my 23" to work (in the business building). Is there any way to use my wireless keyboard and mouse to move between the two computers? It would be awesome to have all of the two computers' power, but be able to use the two just like I do with my MPB and 23" ACD.
