Using a serial Wacom tablet on a Mac Pro

I have a good Wacom tablet with serial port interface that I would like to connect to a Mac Pro.
Is there some way to do this? Is there any sort of serial to usb adapter or would that not work with a Mac Pro?

One of the best serial adaptors is made by Keyspan. However, the other factor to consider is whether there is a Mac driver available for the model of Wacom tablet you have and the version of OS you run. I got rid of a little Wacom tablet last year for that reason - gave it away to a PC owner.
