I have an Airport Extreme that has served me well at home in Washington. Now I'm moving to England. Can I just bring the Airport Extreme I have, or do I need to by a new one in the UK? I can see that I need a different sort of plug or power brick, but will the frequencies work over there?

You'll be fine. From what I've found out the only difference between Apple base stations sold in different countries is that in some places they allow channel 12 and 13 on the 2,4GHz frequency to be used as well as the regular 1-11.

I bought mine in Singapore where they allow channel 1-13. Using it right now at channel 7 in Sweden, w/o any problems.
