Hello, I just bougth Airpods and they works perfect if I us it with my iPhone. But when I return home and I want to use it with my mac or ipad, i have to open case and hit connect button many times. Especialy on my imac, I firstly se message connected but after few seconds connection is lost.

Question is, how should I use the airpods with multiple devices and is this possible without manualy connect it via menu?

You will have to use it with manual connect (clicking bluetooth in the menu bar and then clicking on connect AirPods). Unfortunately the AirPods aren't smart enough (yet) to know which device you're using.
