Using Airport Express with a Wireless Router? How do I print?

I have a Mac, a windows laptop, and a windows pc. The Windows PC plugs into the netgear via cable, and the mac and laptop are using the netgear wireless router. I have a printer that I use to use via my Airport.

My question is, my mac is connecting via wirelessly to the netgear router. How do I set up my Airport so I can use my printer? I have airport plugged, but there is an orange blinking light on it. Any suggestions?

First of all you shouldn't post it two different areas. Second you need to tell us what printer. If it's blinking orange I think something is wrong with it
