Using an Airport Extreme and Qwest DSL GT701 modem

I am able to setup successfully a new AE with a Qwest DSL G701 DSL modem when I am wired. I am able to connect wirelessly though I get a self-assigned IP Address. In the Internet tab I have it setup connecting using Ethernet and connection sharing is off (bridge Mode).
The Gateway IP Address on the Qwest DSL modem is 192.168.0.1.
Under Internet > TCP/IP my ip address is 192.168.0.5 and the router address is 192.168.0.1.

Urgh. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
