Could someone let me in on how well this will work, what I need to do, or if it'll just be a giant headache? I'm planning on purchasing the Galaxy S2 this summer, but I'm concerned mostly with moving music, videos, & photos to and from my computer.

If it's too much trouble, would just running Windows 7 in bootcamp or say, parallels, be fine when I need to transfer files?

I have a Galaxy S, I just drag and drop them in the folders on my SD. Just point the application to that folder if necessary
