Hi there,

I recently bought a MacBook and took it away with me to college.

I also brought with me my Lexicon recording interface, which is basically just a thing with volume knobs that I plug my microphone into, and then it plugs into my computer via USB.

I used to do all of my song recordings at home and had no problem using the interface and recording right onto recording/audio software on the computer, which is Cubase LE.

However, it's not working now. And I'm dying to make music!

My setup seems to work okaaaay with GarageBand (everything's really really quiet, even when I have the important stuff cranked). But with Cubase, I'm not getting any signal at all. It gives me a variety of error messages, or tells me that I have no audio source, etc.

Anyone know what might be up? Cubase doesn't pick up the built-in microphone either. So I guess it might not really be a Mac problem necessarily, unless there's a way I can somehow configure my interface to work on my MacBook, or if there's some kind of settings I can tweak for incoming audio, or anything like that...

Thanks!
