Using an image as a signature in my iPhone

I have read all sorts of articles and seen videos on how to's, but I can't seem to get this to work. I'm running iOS 9 and have an image hosted on both dropbox and imgur.

Can anyone help me out or provide a more recent article/video that has worked for them?
