Using Appigo Todo w/ Toodledo?

Anybody aware of syncing issues between the iPhone/iPad versions of ToDo and Toodledo's online service? The only one I'm aware of is that checkbox/subtask syncing with Toodledo requires the paid account.

Other than that, any potential problems I should be aware of?

Different companies, so if Toodledo changes the sync code, then Appigo's Todo app may not sync with Toodledo till Appigo gets the next update out.
