I switched from PC to MAC in June this year. I am using Entourage 08 for the four POP accounts of my company with mails in excess of 15,000. Last week I decided to use IMAP of Gmail, so that I can retain my folder structure at work and at home. I started to create folders in Entourage and moving all my email folders to created specific folder of Gmail IMAP. Same time, I also decided to move from Entourage to Apple Mail and I did set up by Gmail with IMAP on Apple Mail. Although in Apple Mail I have selected, keep message and their attachments for offline view; Apple Mail does not download the emails and their attachments, until I click on the folder name. I just want Apple Mail to download all the emails and attachments to my computer from Gmail automatically without clicking on the folder name every time. I have more than 50 folders (labels of Gmail) and its practically impossible for my to click on each folder every time to get the updated version. I keep receiving emails from POP accounts of my company and just move the emails to Gmail's IMAP folders from more than one computer. Please help!
