So I decided to check this out, and to my surprise the recycling program offered me a really good price on my 2011 11" MBA 128 ssd ($414). I checked over at ebay and craigslist and of course the pricing was higher, however not by a lot. I was thinking of doing this as it seems hassle free and I would just be putting the apple gift card towards a retina macbook.
Has anyone done this vs just selling out right? I refuse to ebay anymore and craigslist has been useful in the past but theres always haggling when meeting a potential buyer and I feel this may be the best route.
