macOS Using AppleScript to trigger an Automator application.

I really need to know how to write a script that will run my Automator application as soon as I add or remove a file from a folder. My intentions are to sync my iDisk folders with my Mac folders. I have a workflow that works to my likings. I just need a way to trigger it automatically. I would really appreciate this.

That would have worked GREAT, but the only thing is that folder actions are only activated when an item is added and I need it to be activated when an item is added AND removed.
