In Apple Mail, I sent an email to a bunch of friends putting their addresses in the bcc field. I would like to send them all an update. Can I REPLY ALL to the original email - will it be sent to all the orginial bcc addresses??

Nope, that's exactly what BCC is designed to prevent.

What you can do, however, is find the original email in your Sent messages, then hit Send Again from the Message menu. That will open the email as it was when you composed it originally, then you just delete the original text and subject, or update them as necessary.
