Using Cincinnati Bell SIM in unlocked iPhone

I have an iPhone 3GS (baseband 05.15.04) that I am going to sell to a friend who is on cincinnati bell. Can someone confirm that my plan will work?

My plan is to: Jailbreak on iOS 4.2.1 using redsnow and have it install the iPad baseband (06.15.00).. Then unlock with ultrasn0w

Will this allow a cincinnati bell SIM card to work in the iPhone?

It will allow any SIM to work in the phone. Just make sure you know all the risks.
