Anyone have a device managed work phone plan and a personal phone plan on the same iPhone? Can the device managed plan be specified for the device management?

Not entirely clear on your question but ......

I have a personal 11ProMax ..... I have a local (UAE) esim for my company number and a physical (UK) sim which is personal. The device is managed where necessary for access to company resources and apps.

My phone is set up with both work and personal now.
