currently ive a sony viao i fitted a crucial c300 ssd in it. im looking to buy a new macbook pro 13 and want to know if ill be able to take the old ssd out of the sony (win7) and put it in the new mac.
will i need to do anything to the ssd before this or can i fit it and let the mac reformat it to the correct file system and then install lion (which i was going to put on a usb drive prior to fitting the ssd)

any help on this would be appreciated

When you boot up from the USB stick, the installer will allow you to reformat the SSD into the Mac file system (HFS)

perfect was hoping it would be simple, if it just a case of plugging the usb in and hitting cmd+r when its trying to boot?
