Using foreign online store with US credit card.

I'm an American teacher living and working in Taiwan and I'd like to purchase a new iMac from the online Taiwan apple store.

My shipping address is of course Taiwanese while my billing address is American. Except I see no way to include anything but a Taiwanese address for the billing address. Do I have options?
