Using Google to Search...

I'm would like to know how to highlght a word and then perform a google search...There was some talk about it recently but I'm lost...

Control+click or right-click on a word and a contextual menu should popup. One of the options it to "Search in Google"

Any one now how to get the safari google bar to serch using google.co.uk rather than the default google.com!

AcidSearch lets you customize the search bar. It's really handy.
