Using Greasemonkey scripts in Safari

I am a new Mac user and want to use Safari rather than Chrome because of better battery performance on Safari.
I was using Chrome with several scripts I have read that there are 2 script managers for Safari..Grease kit & Ninja kit..has anyone had experience of using these?..Are they ok to use?..which might be best?

I have been using the Ninjakit extension and it has worked fine with any scripts I have tried.
