Using iChat to access Gchat's new video feature

So, Google recently added video chatting to there Gchat service. Can this be done?

I already have my iChat set up that I can carry on text conversations with people through my Gchat account. But can you have video chats using iChat through your Gchat account?

To the best of my knowledge, no you cant. I think that once you go outside ichat channels, it drops video support.

Luckily, I dont use video chat often, so I can use iChat for all my ichat/MSN/Gtalk/Jabber accounts via Jaim. =D
