Using iFile is it possible to send a file to dropbox?

I have this Cydia app that I want to make a copy of all the data within that app and upload that backup to dropbox. iFile is compatible with dropbox so is there a way to do this? (I don't want to move the app to dropbox, just making a backup of it and moving that to dropbox)

Anyone know the steps to doing this or is this not possible?

Yes it is possible, link them up through the settings.

There is also an app called DataDeposit in Cydia, though I'm not sure if it does Cydia packages too.

Thats the problem datadeposit only does appstore apps.

Can you list the steps that would enable iFile to upload backups to Dropbox.
I have already linked my dropbox account with iFile but I don't see an option to upload to dropbox or anything similar to it.

You go to whatever you want to put in Dropbox. Hit the edit button, select it, then copy it. Then go to dropbox and paste

ifile doesnt seem to be able to link to dropbox anymore !!!
