All iPads Using iPad Air for presentation

Hi, I use my rMBP to make and do presentation using Keynote. Is the Keynote on iPad 100% compatible with that on the rMBP?

Works well for me. The only thing I can't use is a remote control on an ipad to control presentation away from device like you can on a laptop

You can do it if you download Keynote Remote to your iPhone. It can be used over a wireless connection or with bluetooth.

I have given quite a few presentations this way and it is really neat.

So, I can edit and play back KeyNote presentation between the iPad Air and rMBP without any problem. Just straight forward save and open. Right?
