Using iPad while plugged into outlet

Today was first time i used iPad while plugged in. It was acting strange. Things were opening that i did not touch or something else opened when i chose something else. The multitasking bar would open without the 4 finger gesture etc. Anyone else experiencing the same? Im guessing i have to contact apple.

Not a problem on my iPad while plugged in and charging.

This same thing happens with my iPhone, when it's plugged in... using a third-party charger. Are you using the OEM charger? Try a different outlet.
