Using Ipad2 on both a Mac and PC

Hello all, will I be able to sync content on both a PC and/or Mac with the new ipad? I have a Mac powerbook @ home and PC (has itunes installed) @ work, I would like to have the ability to sync pictures from my work computer to the ipad as well as sync itunes music from my Powerbook. I wasn't sure if format issues between Mac and PC would come into play and prohibit me from doing that.

Can I even transfer pictures from a PC to an Ipad?

Thanks in advance for any help.
