Using iPhone 4 as a wired webcam or a secure Wifi webcam?

Hi,

Is there a way I can use my iPhone 4 as a webcam for my computer either:

a) wireless but in a secure way so I know the only computer that can view the image on my network is mine; or
b) wired?
