Is it possible to use an iPhone 4 purchased from an Apple Store in China in North America? I think there's some difference in the iOS (no Youtube app), so is it possible to reinstall the iOS to the standard N.A. settings? Thanks.

It all depends on what China made Apple do to it's software to allow it to be sold in China. If it is not blocked, then iTunes should install the USA software but I am betting that China had more to do with the "firmware" that Apple would care to admit!
