Hey so I'm buying an iPhone 4 from someone off of craigslist for $600 and I was wondering if I could use it on T-Mobile. I think I will be able to jailbreak it if it's already activated but I don't think its unlockable yet. However, what if it does not come activiated already? What can I do then? Thanks!
