I have an unlocked iPhone 7+. I live and travel in Europe and need to change Simms depending on the country I am in. When I have a simm in the phone, it of course has its own number.

I also want to get a US number strictly for making and receiving calls via Wi-Fi on this same phone (without having to remove my particular European simm. Is this technically possible? Can one get a number that does not have to be routed by a simm, but rather by wi-fi?

Thanks for the help
