Using iTunes 9.2 with jailbroken iphone and ipad thats not JB

Does anyone sync a jailbroken iphone and a not JB iPad on the same itunes account? Is this going to screw up my JB iphone or my not JB iPad?

Or should I just make a separate account for the iphone? (I assume then you can't share universal apps from the ipad to the iphone if they are separate accounts)

Do I even need to use itunes, any other way to backup or sync?

No worries...

You can use the same account to sync JB devices and it will not effect a thing. Currently I have a jailbroken iPad, iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G, an unjailbroken iPhone 3GS and 2 iPods all synced to a single account. There is no limit to how many devices you can sync under a single account.

Did it for weeks until I took the iPad back because of very poor WiFi connectivity.
