I have a MacBook Pro which I am using BootCamp to run Windows 7 and Mac OS X. I want to be able to use my Itunes Library from the Mac side of the hard drive and listen to it off of an external hard drive on the Windows partition. I have consolidated the library onto my hard drive already and it works on the Mac partition but it will not show up in Itunes on the Windows partition. The format of the hard drive is not an issue (or should not be an issue) because it came NTFS and I have not reformatted it. Do I need to copy a certain file over from the Mac partition to be able to play the library on the Windows partition. I have about 80 GB of music on other computers that I plan to put on the External Hard Drive and play them from that so I son't use up my hard drive on my laptop. Any suggestions?
