Using Lion and Finder

Before, with Snow Leopard, when I opened Finder, it would tell me how much free space I had left.
Under Lion, I do not see that. How can I tell how much hard drive I have left?

I did get the information that way, but why no longer available when I open Finder? Is there something I'm missing here?

Never mind. Found it. Open Finder and "View status Bar"!!!!!!!
