I had to use macdrive pro to read my mac formatted hd to get to all my stuff for school due to my macbook pro passing away. My laptop was is brand new, i had it in the closet & never used it till my mac crashed for good. all was well ...... my laptop fell & the hd cord came out of the usb ports on 2 separate occasions. no damage @ all..... ext hd did not fall. now all the files i could once read /write/share/ play ..... i can no longer! AL the files have gone from (megabytes) mb to kb.... It still shows up as 5.5 of 6tb's used, but I cant use any of the files.... video, audio, or pics. What can I do to restore those files if anything?
