I was hoping somebody could help me out with this:

I have a Gmail account that receives email from multiple pop accounts (using the 'check mail using pop3' settings in gmail), so when I don't have access to my computer, I can login to Gmail and see all of the mail from all of my mail accounts in one place. I would like to keep this the way it is.

When I use Gmail IMAP in Apple's mail, I can receive all of my mail from Gmail, including all of the pop3 accounts. That is fine. However, if I reply to an email that was sent to a non-gmail account, it automatically defaults to the Gmail SMTP server.

Is there anyway to setup Mail so that emails that are sent to a specific address uses a specific SMTP server, and emails that are sent to other addresses uses another SMTP server? I would like to reply to work emails in my Gmail inbox with my work email address, without having to setup my work account in Mail app (in which case I would have duplicate emails - one in the work account in Mail app, and one in the gmail account).

I hope this isn't too confusing... ideally I would prefer to have all of my accounts setup in Mail app, and have no duplicates in my Gmail inbox, but this would require that I disable all the pop3 checking in Gmail, so then I wouldn't be able to check all my accounts at once in the Gmail web interface if I need to.

Anyways, thanks for the help!
