Using "Mail" in Safari Toolbar (can no longer)

I can no longer use Mail.app from the Safari Toolbar when wanting to email a URL. I have tried disabling extensions, reinstalling Mail.app and Safari.app. I have also used Onyx to clear all caches, etc.

Any ideas?
