Using multiple accounts with one itunes folder

I have several accounts and they all need to have to same music in the library in all of them... instead of copying a whole bunch of times and maxing out my hard drive I thought I would be smart and just define the new itunes music folder... over all that didn't work out so well but I figured that out but now whenever I change/download a song from the itunes store it doesn't change it on the other accounts... any suggestions
