Using Omnidisksweeper

I got a message that my startup disk was full. I downloaded disksweep and ran it and it seems that most of my memory is in LIbrary logs. I don't know whether it is safe to delete these or not. Can anyone help. It is mostly in console.log.7 which has 88.7 gb of my 187 gb available.
