I have some greetings card-sized paper all ready to be printed on and then folded in half but, in Pages, I'm finding the task of splitting the page into two distinct, separate halves very tricky.

Can anyone help? Or does anyone know of an online help guide?

Thanks

I have looked at this as I want to get away from using MS Publisher for cards. It is not straight forward in pages as it does not have design layout tools like a DTP program.

If you have a side fold card it is pretty straight forward. You need to set the page size to the size of your card blank then use some temp layout frames to help get the real content into positon. So the left half is the back of the card and the right the front. If you want to print inside the card to nne to add a second page and do double sided printing.

For top fold cards it is a real pain as the top half of the page has to have everything flipped so that it prints upside down. Then when the card is folded it will be the right way up.

I am still using Publisher as it is so much easier. There is a program called Easy Card Maker that does seem to be simpler to use, but I have not had time to fully investigate it yet.

All the best
